Saatchi & Saatchi creates Invalidity Insurance (IV) campaign

18 JUN 2009

The Integration of Invalidity Claimants into the Labour Market Needs Backing

The aim is to motivate employers to reintegrate people with disabilities into the labour market or keep them in employment. This information campaign was awarded after a competitive pitch where the decision went in favour of Saatchi & Saatchi.

The first results have now been released and Saatchi & Saatchi created a separate web portal to support this. The motto is “One job, two winners” and the campaign logo shows fingers forming the abbreviation “IV” and when reversed “AI” in French.

Unconventional job ads represent the creative heart of the campaign. These are ads which are set out like job adverts and which are also placed in the jobs pages. They are primarily targeted at HR Managers who pay particular attention to this area. The job ads are written from the perspective of the job seeker and tackle subjects such as reintegration, early intervention and prevention.

Thanks to posters and online banners which further develop this core idea, the campaign also achieves a strong presence among the general public.
