Philippe Meyer discovered his passion for communications in 1989 at
Trimedia Communications in Geneva. 7 years later, after obtaining a Diploma of Advertising Management, he decided to further develop his career in the German-speaking part of Switzerland with Renault Switzerland SA. He missed the "agency spirit" however, and moved to Leo Burnett Zurich, in charge of the McDonald's account. He then took over the position of a senior account director at Publicis Zurich, where he managed a team working on numerous clients such as Renault, Club Mediterranée, La Suisse Insurance and Swissinfo. During the 7 years at Publicis, he successfully completed his Marketing Director Certificate, Gfm-IMB. In 2005, Philippe joined McCann Erickson, managing the Geneva office and handling clients including Nestlé, L'Oréal and Bacardi-Martini. He then moved onto the role of Managing Partner at Exxtra Kommunikation (Y&R Group) in Zurich, the lead agency of Migros. Philippe started as Managing Director of Saatchi & Saatchi Geneva in January 2009.
